Ingredients: Organic light spelt and organic whole spelt
Spelt is an ancient grain and tends to be higher in fiber and minerals than traditional wheat. Use spelt flour as a direct substitute for any variety of flour in all of your recipes. Spelt is a high fiber and stone ground flour. Some people with wheat sensitivities find spelt an acceptable alternative.
